Receive three workout videos per month to guide your progress. These workouts are designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Optional: Increase the intensity on M/W/F with some bigger dumbbells for an extra challenge.
Every Tuesday/Thursday or Saturday/Sunday on your own for 30 minutes we encourage you to find the cardio that you enjoy (dancing, running, walking, etc.) and do it on your own twice a week.
Your coach will keep you on track, adjust your plan, and
answer all your questions.
